Game show (Pre-Recorded Item)
Working Title: Drink & Answer
Synopsis: Staff Vs Students (4 people on each team)... They will be given a question to answer on any general topic, but before answering the answering the question they must drink something and who ever drinks the most will be able to answer the question if the answer is wrong then the other opponent can answer the question and if their right will get a point. There will be 30 questions in total. Each question is worth a point.
Proposal: For my game show since its staff vs students. Students will be on one side and staff members will be on the other side to create that feel of a real competition. There will be a presenter at the beginning to introduce the audience to the game show and explain to them to concept of the game.
Content
First round: Each round will consist of 10 questions about 3 different topics.
In the first round the questions will be based on stuff to do with the United Kingdom
2 people from each team will come and sit at a table facing eachother and the presenter will read out the questions and they must drink whatever is in front of them within 20 seconds whoever drinks the most can answer the question, however if they get it wrong the other opponent can answer the question.
Second round: In the second round it will also consist of 10 questions about music related topics. 20 seconds to drink.
Final round: In this round it will just be questions on random topics, it being the last round if both opponents from each team dont know the answer they get an ultimatum the presenter will give them an A,B & C decision to pick from. 10 seconds to answer question. At the end of the game the team with the most points wins.
Shooting Style
There will be 3 cameras used. One camera which will be on a tripod, this camera will be focusing on the main action on stage with the contestants and presenter and everything thats happening on stage which will also be zooming in and out to get facial expressions and close up movements. The other 2 camera's will be used to get audience reaction one will be hand held and the other will be on a tripod.
Target audience
16-19 year old students who attend CWC college.
How it will maintain audience attraction
It will maintain audience attratcion because its going to be interactive where both students & teachers can get involved and it's outside a classroom enviroment so people will feel more comfortable and be able to have fun.
