Fashion Photographer

Terry Richardson is an american fashion and portrait photographer. He has worked on magazines such as Rolling Stone, GQ, Vouge, Vanity Fair, Harper's Baazar and has worked on advertising campaigns for Marc Jacobs, Yves Saint Laurent and Tom Ford,Hugo Boss and Gucci. Terry Richardson has been known ro push the envelope and capture people with his risky photos with celebrities such as Miley Cyrus which cause a lot of controversy and attention. He has photographed other celebrities like Rihanna and Lady Gaga. Terry richardson is also known for his exhibitons/gallery work. Although Terry's work can be risky it at times his peers says he has been able to bring fashion into a new light and that  the pictures that are taken for the fashion market are pictures that enhance the clothes and the jewelleries that designer sale (Asher, 23). In other words, one could say that Richardson’s job, as a fashion photographer, is to glamorize items in a way to make them appealing and saleable.
